What days do you deliver?
You choose your preferred delivery day when you subscribe, that day becomes your weekly harvest and delivery day, every week, on repeat. We currently deliver Monday to Saturday across Singapore.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver island-wide across Singapore. Enter your postal code at checkout to confirm availability for your address. Most residential zones are covered.
What time will my box arrive?
Deliveries happen between 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM on your chosen day. You'll receive an SMS notification when your box is on its way.
What if I'm not home when my box arrives?
You can leave safe delivery instructions in your account settings — a designated spot, letterbox, or doorstep preference. Our team will follow them carefully.
Why do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
Since our produce is harvested fresh, we want to ensure it gets into the refrigerator quickly to preserve quality. Being home helps us guarantee that freshness promise — though safe-drop instructions work well too.
Can I change my delivery day?
Yes. You can update your preferred delivery day from your account dashboard. Changes made before midnight on Sunday take effect from that week's cycle.
