Harvest & Deliver
The greens in your Aeroveg box did not just show up. They were planned weeks ago, grown in a room most people will never see, misted in mid-air by machines, and cut on the exact morning they arrived at your door. Here is everything that happened between the seed and your meal.
1
Seeding
It Starts With a Seed
Every green in your box begins the same way — as a seed smaller than a fingernail.
Nothing remarkable about it at first glance. It does not know it is going to become kale. It does not know it will be in someone's kitchen in five weeks. It is just sitting in a tray, waiting.
At Aeroveg, seeds are placed into growing trays — each in its own space, each given exactly what it needs to break open. Water, a controlled temperature, and time. No soil. From the very beginning, the process is clean, contained, and deliberate.
This is where it all starts. Quietly.

Nursery — ~2 Weeks
Two Weeks of Doing Very Little (That You Can See)
For the first two weeks of life, the greens are in the nursery. This is the part where nothing looks like it is happening — and everything is.
The seed cracks. A root reaches down. A shoot pushes up. The plant works out which direction is which and commits to it. All of this happens in a carefully controlled environment — temperature, humidity, and light all managed to give the seedling exactly what it needs.
Two weeks does not sound long. But this stage sets the foundation for everything that follows. A seedling that does not root well does not grow well. So this part does not get rushed.
By the end of the nursery, what was a seed is now a small but confident plant. Ready for the next stage.

The Chambers
Where the Real Work Happens
After the nursery, the plants move to the growing chambers. This is where Aeroveg's process becomes genuinely different from anything happening in a field.
The chambers are atmosphere-controlled. Temperature, humidity, and lighting are all held at specific parameters, every hour, every day. There is no weather in here. No pests. No surprises. Just consistent, deliberate conditions built around what each plant actually needs to thrive.
The growing method is aeroponics. The roots hang freely in mid-air and are misted at regular intervals with a fine nutrient solution. No soil. No substrate. Just roots, air, and mist.
Because the roots are exposed to oxygen constantly, the plants absorb nutrients efficiently and grow cleanly. It uses a fraction of the water that conventional farming requires, and it produces greens without soil residue and without the need for industrial washing.
The plants spend the majority of their five to six week journey here. Growing steadily, in silence, in a room that explains everything about why the greens taste the way they do when they reach you.
Inside the chamber. The roots hang in mid-air. The mist does the rest.
No soil. No substrate. Just roots, air, and mist — and five weeks of doing exactly what greens are meant to do.

Harvest Morning
Harvest Morning
At some point between 8 and 11 in the morning — on the exact day your delivery is scheduled — someone at the Aeroveg farm picks up a pair of scissors.
That is the day the cycle ends.
The greens are cut at their peak. Not the day before. Not two days before. That morning — at the point in their growth when the nutrients are highest and the flavour is at its best.
This matters more than most people realise. Greens begin losing nutrients from the moment they are cut. The longer they sit in transit, in cold storage, or on a supermarket shelf, the more of what made them worth eating has quietly left. The average supermarket green was cut days ago. Some of them longer.
Aeroveg's greens were cut this morning.

At Your Door
At Your Door Before the Day is Done
After harvest, the greens are packed and dispatched. Same day. No cold storage. No warehouse in between. No waiting.
By the time the box arrives, the gap between the farm and your kitchen is measured in hours, not days.
Five to six weeks of growing. One morning of harvesting. And then they are with you.
That is the full journey — from a seed smaller than a thumbnail to your kitchen. It happens every week, for every box, for every green we grow.
The least you can do is eat them.
From the Farm to You
Grown clean. Harvested this morning. At your door today.
Every green in your Aeroveg box went through exactly this. Five weeks of controlled growth, cut the morning it reaches you, delivered the same day.
